You know, the FOX TV show "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" has been officially canceled a few days ago. We believe it's not a right commerce decision. Despite the show hasn't a large ratings in the USA by Nielsen system, this US ratings (around 4.7, including DVR on Friday) is not so miserable as might be seem at first look without all factors.
We supposed that "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" has potential to become a good valuable acquisition for Sy-Fy and if so will be attract to at least around 4.0 - 4.5 millions viewers on the USA only and much more abroad.
Over the world there are many TV channels bought the rights to aired the show, including complete 2nd season in their countries. For examples, we heard that Virgin1 in the UK has a large ratings on the Terminator 2nd season. Also according Amazon statistics, the DVD/BD sales both the 1st season and preorders 2nd are good.
May be it's possible to concern with Warner Brothers the copyright holder for share the incomes.
Now series has the big numbers of decent, not a random, viwers who attracted for one of the most beatiful sci-fi drama. They are wining all online polls with T:TSCC, including "Save One Show". Also the big numbers of the show fanfictions writers is a true sign of the popularity.
Many fans are very sad due the cancelation and ready for all possible efforts to continue these charm show, including fundraising.
The fans will be very appreciate you if Sy-Fy pick up the show.
